Information you choose to share

Our enquiry forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, enquiry details and, for candidate registrations, your CV. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and assess relevant recruitment opportunities. Please do not include identity document numbers, bank details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Storage and access

Enquiries and CVs are stored in private server storage, outside public website assets. Authorized Talentus personnel may use your submission to handle your request. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, or to withdraw consent.

External services

The careers portal and Google Maps are external services with their own privacy policies. The contact-page map loads automatically; the footer map loads as you approach it on the page.

Virtual assistant

When you use the chat widget, recent messages are held temporarily in your server session and browser tab’s session storage to keep the conversation in context as you move between pages. Keyword replies are handled on our server. If AI replies are enabled and no keyword rule matches, your message and recent conversation are sent to DeepSeek to generate a response. AI replies may be inaccurate. Please do not share CVs, identity numbers, payment details or other sensitive information in chat; use our enquiry form to contact the team.
