We collect the name, email address, phone number and project details you choose to submit. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess staffing requirements and administer our services. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

Access and handling

Enquiries are stored in our enquiry system and may be emailed to authorised staff through our email service provider. Access is limited to staff who need the information for these purposes. To request access, correction or deletion, contact our team through the enquiry form and state your request.

Virtual assistant

When you use the chat widget, recent messages are held temporarily in your server session and browser tab’s session storage to keep the conversation in context as you move between pages. Keyword replies are handled on our server. If AI replies are enabled and no keyword rule matches, your message and recent conversation are sent to DeepSeek to generate a response. AI replies may be inaccurate. Please do not share CVs, identity numbers, payment details or other sensitive information in chat; use our enquiry form to contact the team.
